Mesa21 State Health Inspection Requires Two Follow-Ups

Mesa21 restaurant at 1414 N. Orange Ave in Ivanhoe Village got inspected by DBPR October. The inspector found raw fish sold that hadn't undergone proper parasite destruction, chicken made the day prior cooled over night which isn't allowed, and not one employee had proof of required state approved employee training.
