Pat Gallagher of SED Development, LLC submitted an amendment to the Sports & Entertainment District Planned Development (SED PD) to incorporate additional property, revise the development program and development and phasing plans, amend the signage program and update the traffic impact analysis. This will go before the Municipal Planning Board November 21.
