Colibri Has Dangerous Ground Beef and 20 Other Health Violations

A follow up health inspection of Colibri restaurant at 4963 New Broad Street is required after its February 27th inspection revealed 21 violations. The violations included a stop sale on cooked beef, having 17 seats more than what the facility was licensed for, manager with no proof of food manager certification, employee hand washing sink with no hot water or paper towels or soap, lime scale in the ice machine, rusted shelves in walk in cooler and more.
