There's a new food truck in Orlando called Hot Asian Buns (Facebook). Their bao menu includes Pork Asada (citrus slaw, roasted pork, mojo aioli, pickled onions, chicharones), Korean Fried Chicken (Gochujang, creamy slaw, nori, scallion), smoked brisket (horseradish creme, kimchi, daikon) and Tofu+Lentil+Quinoa "Chorizo" (salsa verde, pickled radish).
They also serve double fried Korean chicken wings glazed with Gochujang and served extra crispy, Loaded Kimchi Fries (GochiJang, horseradhish creme, queso fresco) and Creme Brulee.
