Lunch & Learn: The only fair way to do startup equity with Gregg Pollack
Many startups fail because of disputes over who owns how much of the company. This often happens either because things got divided up too early or too late and someone feels ripped off. Thankfully there is a great solution for solving this problem with early startups called the Dynamic Equity Split, popularized by the book Slicing Pie. In this presentation Gregg Pollack will be teaching this concept he wish he would have known 10 years ago.
