The 16th Annual RotaryFest 2010 Art-In-Motion was Saturday April 17, 2010, 10am-4pm at Heritage Park in front of Orange County Regional History Center (65 E. Central Blvd, Orlando). Chalk artists were scattered around the park in a large circle, enabling gawkers to walk by and see them all easily. Also, all types of artists had their tents out selling their wares along Court Street between Central and Washington and and along Wall Street between Court Street and Orange Avenue.
