2012 has been a busy year for Blue Bird Bake Shop. They introduced an ice cream sandwich, started carrying Carries SweeTeeth Chocolate Bars and celebrated a one two year anniversary. Now they've created a new line of coffee! Its called Top Hat Coffee and comes in three varieties: dark, decaf and light. The packaging, like everything Blue Bird does, is lovely. They've done a giant chalk portrait of the packaging that you can see hanging on the thick wooden shelving behind the counter. 

The coffee itself is the same that was used for the Seven Sisters brand of coffee, once sold at Blue Bird and before that, at the Seven Sisters Coffee Shop in Mills50, site of the coming Zebra Coalition.
