Texas based soda Big Red teamed up with popular Austin based comedy duo Beef and Sage for a new viral campaign that stretches the limits of what convenience is. The tongue-in-cheek marketing campaign for the Big Red BBQ Bottle features a tube of barbecued meat on the bottom of a more typical soda bottle. The fictional BBQ Bottle comes in both a BBQ brisket and a chicken flavor.
Be on the lookout for even more innovative campaigns from the red cream soda; two more videos of how Big Red is attempting to "either solve a common consumer problem or make the lives of our consumers better," according to Big Red marketing Senior Vice President Thomas Oh in an interview with AdWeek regarding the campaign.
