History
Mark Baratelli created the nations first traveling town-to-town food truck event in March 2011. Before then, food trucks traveled and the events stayed put. Now in 2014, Baratelli takes his food truck party to eleven towns every month, giving locals in these towns a taste of the Orlando food truck scene and giving them a new reason to gather and break bread together as a community. He's also opened up new markets to new trucks and encourages locals to strike out on their own with their own trucks.
