This fall, Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar is debuting their expanded Happy Hour Menu, featuring special pricing on snacks and drinks from 5-7pm daily.
- $25 Sampler platter of six small plates
- $4 House Wine, Sangria and Domestic Beers
- $5 Classic Mojitos: Don Q Cristal rum with hierba Buena, guarapo, fresh lime juice and a splash of soda
- $5 Small Plates from Chef Guillermo Pernot
- Guacamole Cubano: avocado with grilled golden pineapple, roasted jalapeños, fresh lime juice and extra virgin olive oil, served with crispy plantain chips
- Crisp Pork Belly: mojo picante-glazed Berkshire pork belly with vigorón slaw and chicharrones
- Shrimp Ceviche: Cuban-style shrimp cocktail with Latino cóctel sauce and avocado salsa
- Barrio Chino Chicken Wings: award-wining Asian barbecue-glazed wings with pickled okra salad and sweet chile dipping sauce
- Mamá Amelia’s Empanadas: available with four different fillings including De La Casa, with hand-chopped chicken, corn and jack cheese, all served with aji-sour cream dipping sauce; and Yuca Fries, crispy and creamy yucca root served with cilantro-caper allioli
- $5 Caipirinhas:
- Guava Caipirinha: Licor Beirao, guava puree, guarapo and fresh lime juice
- Energy Caipirinha: Velho Barriro cachaça with Red Bull, guarapo, lime juice and muddled oranges and limes
- Housemade Caipirinha Infusion: a seasonal selection of the brightest fruits, herbs and spices soaked in cachaça with guarapo, fresh lime juice, sugar and muddled limes
Cuba Libre Orlando serves dinner daily from 5 p.m. until 11 p.m. Happy Hour is available every day from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. The bar is open until 2 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Colorful Latin floor shows take place on Saturdays at 8:00, 8:45, 9:30 and 10:15 p.m.
