Ohio-Based Panda Express Lover Snatches Up Casselberry Land

The City of Casselberry sold a Ohio-based company called Castro a piece of property almost an acre large on 17-92 near the corner Triplet Lake Drive for $164,925.

The land was purchased so the developer could build a Panda Express.

A Panda Express.

Also, doesn't $164,925 for a 17-92-facing piece of property almost an acre large seem cheap?

The even worse news is that it's expected that the city will sell the remaining three parcels adjacent to Panda Express to the same developer.

More chains to (probably) come.
