A tiny home community featuring exclusively tiny homes (modular model or retro-styled) on 26 lots for permanent and AirBNB housing is coming to a former fish camp called Black Bass Resort (Website) at 10402 County Road 44, Leesburg (MAP) found midway between Leesburg and Eustis according to GrowthSpotter.
On January 26th the Orange County Board of County Commissioners heard a presentation about tiny homes from (1) the Community, Environmental, and Development Services Department and (2) the Planning Division. The presentation was called "Affordable Housing in Bithlo and Tiny Homes."
Orlando has a tiny house community in a lakeside mobile home park called Orlando Lakefront at College Park (3405 N Orange Blossom Trail #8, Orlando, FL 32804 | MAP). Tiny Houses there are situated on lots formerly resided on by mobile homes.
