According to Orlando Sentinel, Michael Kennedy, the owner of the King Cobra that went missing for one month (with
fantastic instagram account), got 3 new charges filed against him:
- holding wildlife in an improper manner that caused it to escape
- not maintaining proper housing
- failing to report the escape immediately
